Following what Coweta County Development Authority President Bill Harrison calls a "summer lull" and a "noticeable slowdown" in industrial propsect activity, traffic appears to be picking back up again.
"August has been an interesting month," Harrison told the authority members at their Thursday morning meeting. "We did have a noticeable slowdown in primary activity for several weeks." But that worked out perfectly, h said, since the Development Authority was in the midst of moving from it's former location on Hwy. 34 East to its new digs on Walt Sanders Memorial Drive, at the Coweta County Welcome Center.
